Try to take protein in each of your meal like eggs, paneer, chole, rajma, or any other pulses.
Have around 3-4 lt water.
Avoid taking late dinner.

You can start with mild walk for 20 minutes initially. Add proper meal at every 2 hourly. Being lactating you should take more of milk and other dairy products. You can also add seasonal fruits and veggies in your diet. Add proper intake of liquids and beverages during the day.
