We’ve also introduced various types of Personalized Programs which will help you attain your goals at the earliest. In our 8-week transformation program, you'll get a diet plan so effective it will have your friends asking what exactly it is you are doing. However, be warned! Spot reduction by change in diet alone is not a practical thing. U need to be patient enough for ur muscle to regain strength post delivery . Core strengthening work out also is needed. Along side exclusive breast feeding will help u reduce belly fat.Eating nutritionally balanced food also is a key point. For personalised consultation and postpartum diet u can connect directly or visit by instgram portal nutritionist_remya
