Hi, need more details like height etc. To treat PCOD it is important to lose weight and remain active. Do 40 mins of cardio activity for 6 days a week. Eat lots of fiber in the form of fruits salads and soups. Reduce intake of milk. You can have curd. Eat more proteins like eggs, chicken, fish ,dals sprouts, curd etc. Stop eating deep fried, sugar and junk foods. For a more detailed diet plan ping me on personal chat.
