Lost 8 kg in 7 weeks
I had a cholesterol level of 209 and weighed 98 kg. decided not to take any junks, deep fried, less sugary items. did a minimum 40 minutes of walking a day. consumed less carbs as well. now i weigh 90kg. is it healthy to loose 8kg in a short span? loosing my weight reduces cholesterol level?

Hello, Yes healthy weight  reduction activity can help in cholesterol reduction. But in attempt to  reduce weight one should not just focus on reducing total amount of food and should focus on correct consumption of food  in  relation to food choice, quantity of nutrients and time of meals. Weight loss/ Fat loss  is a collaborative result of well balanced nutrition, physical activity  minimum 4 times to maximum 6 times / week for about 30 mins to 60 mins , 7-8 hrs undisturbed sleep every night and stress management activities on daily basis for about 30 mins minimum in whole day.
