I had a cholesterol level of 209 and weighed 98 kg. decided not to take any junks, deep fried, less sugary items. did a minimum 40 minutes of walking a day. consumed less carbs as well. now i weigh 90kg. is it healthy to loose 8kg in a short span? loosing my weight reduces cholesterol level?
