I have lost 10kg in 10 weeks through strict diet and walking 16000 steps every day. Is this a healthy way to lose weight or is the weight loss too fast?

As long as there is no muscle loss ,and if all blood parameters are normal it is okay
For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss.
Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day.
Drink 3-4lts of water per day.
Hi...its a healthy weight loss you achieved but make sure you can reduce only carbohydrate in your diet but take adequate amount of proteins so that you won't loss muscle mass. Please ask me directly for weight maintenance diet chart of you so that you will be able to maintain your results .
