My height is 5 feet 5 inch n weight is 77 kg..need to loose 10 kg before april end..already not eating anything fried or potatoes or rice or junk food..walk for 30 min daily..please help

Hi, first advice please do not set unhealthy goals that can cause major harm to your body. Do not skip breakfast and have a light dinner. Have 3 fruits n 2 cups green tea daily. Drink lots of water.
