Hi Doctor, I feel tired most of the time, even if I take 8 hours of sleep. I drink 2 litres if water everyday. Though, I eat only 3 times a day. I am working in an MNC. I live alone. But I don't do any exercise. Should I change job? I take stress also sometimes.

Hi, yes stress could be a factor. Also get your vitamin B12 and D3 along with your hemoglobin checked. Deficiency of these can also cause tiredness a d fatigue. Do some exercise daily to increase the flow of happy hormones in your body. Get back to me with the test results on personal chat.
