Dear Sir,
Iam a 21 year engineering student, my weight is hardly 44, with being 175cm height. Iam seriously under weighted. I tried weight gainers but they had very little effect. I try to eat much and some how I eat average food(quantity). I haven't diagnosed by any diseases regarding my weights so please suggest me what should I be doing to gain weight?

Weight Reduce
How much should my weight be ? And What should I do to reduce it.
I do not like to exercise but I walk almost 6-7 kms per day. I tried exercising in the past but after 3-4 days I get bored and leave it.
I take 1 bowl of porridge in the morning and then 2 chapatis, some vegetable and a bowl of dal as Lunch and salad or fruit (mainly papaya) or veg soup as dinner but in good quantity so I do not feel hungry at night.
