I dont eat oily things and i drink lots of water but then also i am not able to loose weight. please help me out.i eat 1 or two chapatis in the night and in the noon and drink tea very much.i also dont take that much of
sugar but every time i feel like eating something. in the noon i eat dahi also.but exercise i dont do. i am a college going student of 20 yrs. i want to loose weight fast. please suggest what to do.
