Hi, I am experiencing vitamin deficiency (dry cracked lips,low energy, frequency hand and feet pains)as my current diet does not provide enough nutrition. What multivitamins available in the market would you suggest for me. Should i take protein supplements as well. i am trying to lose weight and have a gym routine. Please provide dosage as well. I dont gain weight even i take food at regular intervals. I consulted many doctors but no effective outcomes. I take fruits like banana at regular basis still i dont gain weight.

Problem in losing weight

I am trying to lose weight from last few months by exercise at home for around 1- 1 & half hour in the evening. I tried eating healthy food on time and drinking water but there is no noticeable weight loss. I weigh 70 kg and my height is 5 feet 2.5 inches. Kindly guide me for the diet plan and the food i should consume and i should not consume. Thanks.
