Hi Sir/Madam, I want reduce my weight. But I am in control for food. Even I can't loss my weight. So please suggest me. Bz i am working IT professional . I need to loose my weight

I am 5 ft tall, and weighs about 56 kgs. I got married 2 years before, and I was 50 Kgs then. I work in a company from 11 am to 8 p.m. So naturally dont get much time for exercise. However I manage some free exercises and yoga in morning time. Please provide me some diet chart or some solutions to reduce my weight. I take rice as main food in lunch and dinner. I skip my breakfast generally. I am a non vegetarian girl. Obesity is there in my hereditary and hence I am little worried about it. Loosing my confidence day by day due to it.
