Pcos diet .

I have pcos which causes acne and hair thinning. Due to medications acne is under control. But I am scared that if I stop my medicines will I start getting acne again? I have already experienced it once when I stopped taking medicines for few months and my face was full of big red acne which has left scars on my face. I started working out as well and have quit all the junk food now. Can you suggest me a good veg diet for pcos. I can eat eggs. And is it ok to consume dairy products?

Need to loose 15-20 kg 's in 6 months... My weddings is in Oct..i have tried vlcc.. Anjali Mukherjee diet. But for a months I loose weight but after that the weight starts putting up... Without breaking diet and exercise.. After that I lost hope... Now i 75kgs n my height is 5.2 inches
