Calculate your BMI you may need to even gain weight..
Is the 5 KGS of weight causing any pain or other symptoms to you?
To calculate your BMI you need to divide your weight by square of height in cms.
If your BMI is less than 25, you don't need to lose any weight.
If its more than 25, then you may need to lose weight.
Consult a dietician for a diet plan and do some cardio workout.
Drink lots of water.
Have a high protein diet.
