I am on a diet plan for last 3 months & has reduced over 12kgs. I have been recommended protein powder now but i m confused as to whether to take whey or casein

Helllo... Usually doctors don't suggest protein powder for weight.... You can have egg, daily egg contains all essential proteins.. One to two eggs a day is good, even fish, chicken, liver are rich in protein... Taking protein powder in excess may harm kidney so only... Consult physician once...
