I started putting on weight after my thyroid I controlled it but it again started,where there is a fat on my neck and shoulders

Hello...,weight gain is common with Hypothyroidism ... You must take medicines regularly to bring it under control.. have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. aerobic exercises and yoga may help you.
