Diet plan - 29 years Male
Dear all,
I have joined Gym 2 days back. I work with a bank. It's being difficult to follow a complete diet chart can you please help me out by a very good diet plan which will help me out in accomplishing my goal.
Height- 5'10, weight - 71 kg.
I want to gain muscle in 6 months. I am a complete vegetarian guy.
I go to gym in morning 6:30. I work between 12 - 9 PM.
Would really appreciate sir/mam if you can help me out.

Body is not growing
Hello. My body(upper body) is very small but not thin.... I have been spending time in gym since 4 months but the result is very very small.. Is it vain for my body to continue gym? As i am a hard gainer are there any ways to grow faster. Thanks in advance

Please advice_ Diabetic
I went to wellness consultant and he prescribed me following food supplements for my health as I am diabetic and having high cholesterol
1) Milk Thistle for liver protection.
2) Ch balance for heart cholesterol
3) Coq 10 for heart protection
4) fiber for stomach n digestion
5) Protein, Omega 3 fish gels
Please suggest do I need to follow them. I checked over the internet and found good reviews on above products. being a doctor, you can advice better for my health

How to gain weight
Hello Doctor,
My weight is 50 kgs.i want to gain weight and i want to increase breasts size also
i feel very uncomfortable bcoz i hv small breasts.my breasts size is 30.i want at least 32-34.I will get married in this year so i want to gain healthy weight and want to have big breasts.My mother and sister are perfect in terms of weight and their breasts size also. mayb bcoz of lot of work pressure i am not able to follow propoer diet.

Continuous weight loss
