Diet for gym

I m a student. And I'm going for gym from 4 month ago. But i feel nothing change in my body. I take proper meal in diet followonig- At 7 am (milk & Daliya ) 12.00 pm (curd of a cup ) 5.00pm (2 bananas) 10.00 pm (after diner & white eggs before sleeping) I want yo know that my plan is right or wrong..if wrong then plese sir/mam suggest me. I want to improve my byshape . so plesesuggest me some tips. One more thing that i can not do Chin-ups and pull-up why ? Plese sir resolvemy problem.

Hi
I understand your concern. Take whole eggs, soya milk, sprouts, in your diet.Have nuts,dates too. Have lots of water 2.5-3 lts daily.

12:00pm banana with multigrain flakes n milk, dinner -use of veggies too like bell pepper,corns,boiled potatoes with peanuts with whole egg not only whites
