Hi there, Yes thre are multiple home remedies for weight loss. And pl understand that weight loss is not instant process. [our requirements for weight loss like health concerns, class reunions, job interviews etc etc are not understood by medicines]. It needs patient, persistent and rigorous following of program.

Simplest way to get fit is to Eat right, eat everything in moderation, to Workout, to sleep well and to Think good too.. The whole point of losing weight is to never gain it back again - this can only be achieved by following this. Any shortcut will only lead to short term weight loss & will lead to weight gain once you stop.

There is no medicine that can reduce weight. It's just a wastage of money.
Sometimes obesity is associated with some medical conditions like hypothyroidism, PCOD  , etc. In such cases along with the treatment of disease, obesity can be managed.

Do regular physical activity and yoga. Increase more fiber diet and drink much water.

Don't rush after any medicine.What you have to do is to go for regular physical exercise,well mainntained less calorie diet at regular intervals.Physical exercies means freehand exercises,yoga,brisk walking etc.You will have to stop junk foods for atleast few months. Obviously there is Homoeopathic  medicine which you can take along with this moddified lifestyle,strictly under onsultation of Consultant Homoeopath.

Hello..
First thing is you need to have less of carbs and more of proteins...so best thing is have less qt of rice or reduce the no of chapathis you have and have more of dal or subzi...you need to replace your rice or chapathis with oats,ragi balls or Suji preparations... You can tk any one fruit like banana, orange or Apple or mausambi in your fruits list... Now can add water melon too...you need to have fresh carrots, cucumber or channa dal when ever hungry... Have loads of water too...You also need to engage yourself in outdoor activity like walking,running, jogging, cycling,k swimming  for a minimum if 30 to 45 min ..or chose to gym or aerobics as per your liking....you can also include green tea...it will increase metabolism...consult a dietician for a specific  diet chart as per your bmi and your food preferences...
