Eating more eggs haelthy?
As I am on weight loss program now for more than 2 months I am following a very strict plan which contains per day
16 egg whites
2 while eggs
Lots of vegetable in salad
Milk
Almond
Apple
Banana
Nothing other than this
On weekends I replace 18 eggs with 200 gm of paneer.
My question is , Is there any problem in eating 18 eggs a day, because I am starting to feel some digestion problems which I cured using triphla powder or isbgol.

Yes dt neha sivhare I want consultancy from u my height is 160 cm and weight is 86 kg I dont had any medical problem but 2 yrs ago I checked for tyroid and it was on border line I.e.4.9 but then I checked it is normal otherwise I don't have any medical condition and how can I contact u directly mam??

My weight has increased drastically past one year owing to night shifts, disturbed sleep and binging on unhealthy food. I have become tired and sluggish. (No thyroid issues or Diabetes). I am 149 cm in height with a whopping weight of 75 kg. I am trying to get on a diet that has helped me before. I was wondering if it's ok to have packaged preserved olives (del monte) for weight loss? It has about 1.2 gm of transfat for 100 gm of the product. It got me a little worried. Is it ok to have 2 olives or so per day?
Also, is it ok to eat salted pistachios? If so, how many can be eaten per day? Please suggest me alternatives that can be rated which are low in
calories and fat as well.

I want a good diet plan
I am presently following the following diet:
Morning : med heavy to heavy breakfast (a cup of tea plus multigrain/wheatfloor/methi paratha, murmure, toasts etc)
Lunch: I eat 3-4 bananas and 2 apples at various intervals starting from 12 to 6.
Dinner : I eat anything from roti subzi to paun bhaji to any kind of food.
I am trying not to gain more weight and want to shed off my tummy fat. As I have to travel 200 kms daily, I want to make a diet pln suitable for it. Can u please guide whether I am doing it right or should change?
