Want to gain weight
I'm 21 years old, 5'8" but my weight generally ranges from 46-48 kgs. I want to gain some weight because my hands, waist, thighs are thin.
My lifestyle is very active, as a student I have to do journeys more than 60kms per day by bus and train.
So I want to know what to eat and how much?
My digestion is very weak, most of the times I face gas and acidity problem.

Neck Back pain,overweight
L4,5 shows mild spondylosis .Occasional Back and Neck Pain. Height 162 Cms Weight 70 Kgs. Loss of stamina.
Orthopaedic recommended weight loss , IFT and exercise. My diet is almost as per dietician recommended plan (Vegetarian) so only little scope of improvement on diet front. I want to enquire that whether the cold therapy of initial weight loss is of any help in my case (most fat is around belly ) and if it is safe.

Gaining excessive weight
I m pcos patient which is on metformin and hyponidd for last two months
I take metformin and hyponidd 2 tablets twice a day bt still i am gaining excess of weight
I m doing proper exercise and on low carbohydrates diet
previously i consumed metformin and ginette 35 for 7 months and because of this i started put on my weight
bt now it is impossible for me to loosr weight

GERD and Underweight
Weight: 51 kg Height: 170.5 cm
I am an avid Non veg eater. I also don't eat less. But my weight just doesn't increase. I changed my diet and checked my weight again. It was the same.
