My protein needs
I'm a South Indian vegetarian. An occasional egg eater (1 egg once a week).
I cycle to work almost every day (20kms/day) and occasional long rides. I feel I'm NOT getting enough PROTEIN. How do I test this? How to make sure that I get enough protein? Is it okay to have whey protein / other supplements.

Diet for gym
I m a student. And I'm going for gym from 4 month ago. But i feel nothing change in my body. I take proper meal in diet followonig-
At 7 am (milk & Daliya )
12.00 pm (curd of a cup )
5.00pm (2 bananas)
10.00 pm (after diner & white eggs before sleeping)
I want yo know that my plan is right or wrong..if wrong then plese sir/mam suggest me.
I want to improve my byshape . so plesesuggest me some tips.
One more thing that i can not do Chin-ups and pull-up why ? Plese sir resolvemy problem.

Nutrition advise
Hi sir/mam,
Kindly advise is the below diet is correct:
My trainer has suggested me following routine. Height 5ft 10 inch, weight: 72 kg. Vegetarian
Wake up: one spoon of apple cider vinegar or warm water with 1 clove of garlic(don't chew).
Preworkout: Apple and 1 tab of carntine
Intra work out: BCAA
Post work out: one scoop of whey protein
Breakfast: half cup oat in 1 cup of skim milk with 10 almonds
After 30 min: green tea
Snacks: fruit salad / juice
Lunch: 2 mulligan chapati with full plate of salad, sabhi and curd.
After 30 min green tea
Evening snack: one scoop of protein
Dinner: half cup brown rice with kidney beans and green salad ( broccoli and spinach is must)
Important:
Add apple cider vinegar in sprout
12-14 glass of water (4 l)
1 tab fish oil / multi vitamin tab
Use cayenne powder,garlic powder, cinnamon and black pepper in the diet

Increasing weight&insulin
In last 3 months I found my weight to be increased and also I found my insulin level to be around 40 (Range 8 to 25)
