Hi I understand your concern. For weight loss around 3kgs per month, is quite attainable goal, with diet and natural foods its possible too. But with a combination of exercise will help you to tone up your body at the same time while you keep on losing weight. Hence, my suggestion is to do such exercises which doesn't exert your knees, along with a proper diet plan from any professional like us online or You can connect to any dietician nearby your locality for customized diet plan suited best in your body type. This won't get you sagged skin after weight loss.
