Hi. I am 30 yrs old. Mother of 4 yrs old kid. My height is 156cm b weight 74kgs. Before delivery i was 64 kg constantly. Aftr delivery i gained 10kgs n now am not able to reduce weight even aftr doin workouts. Please help

Weight loss is gradual process. You need to cut down the calories by Avoiding fried foods, packed foods, processed food,. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and salad in between meals.
Have good amount of protien rich foods like sprouts, egg whites, fish and chicken.
Workout at least 30-45 mins daily.
Drink plenty of water.
