What time to take protein power
Hello, I go to gym regularly and use to do weights workout. My current weight is 60 and plan to increase to 70. I do workout diligently and I got shapes in my body but my weight didn't increase nor much muscle.
I analysed my protein intake is less so went for whey protein power. Can u recommend what is the best time to have it with a mail. Pre or post workout or in the night before bed. Pls advise.

I am 25 year old female with weight upto 45 kgs. Can I use Zincovit Syrup and Dexorange Syrup TOGETHER for good weight , health and immunity ? Will using both the syrups together causes any side-effects ?
If I can use , please suggest the DOSAGE of both the syrups.
I started following good diet as well . I do not have any existing medical conditions except for stress and picky eating habits.

Not able to gain weight
Hello doctor, I am male 23 yrs old 5'7 height (167cms), I am not able to gain weight my current weight is 52 kgs and I have a great appetite, I feel hungry almost all the time, and I make sure I eat healthy, my diet routine is in breakfast I intake 8 bananas with 2 apple + 2 tomatoes with wet grams without any salt or pepper and in lunch I intake 3-4 chapattis something even 5-6 and after that in snacks I intake high calories like chocolate cakes pastries etc, in dinner rice with daal but still I cannot increase my weight not even 1 kgs, I have recent started taking mass gainers powder but That only helped to put on 2kgs weight only, please help me doctor, I think my body is hungry for million calories a day only then I could gain weight, BTW I'm lactose intolerant so I don't intake any dairy and I'm pure Vegan too.
