Weight gain
I have gained about 16kgs of weight in last 6 months. Even after doing regular workout since past 3 months my weight is not decreasing at all instead i have gained 1.5kg of weight. I have undergone the full body checkup which result out to be perfect I workout for 1.5-2hours everyday and still nothing is happening , instead I think I am turning into an odd shaped potato. Kindly help.

So add fruit, vegetables and vegetables soup in your diet. Increase water intake. Increase walking.

Gud noon, there is certain basic aspects which u need to take care of for loosing weight, a healthy wholesome diet with ample amounts of water intake not less than minimum 2.5ltrs proper sleep minimum of 6 to 7hrs that too early sleeping, stress reduction if any by doing yoga or meditation for 20mins minimum and last but not the least avoidance of junk foods is important. If u r doing so in a proper way, then it's great. If not then start correcting pls day by day.
