Mouth Ulcer
I have had mouth Ulcer since two weeks ,..and does not seem like it's healing completely...what can I do for it ?!..i am not using any medicine presently.

Hi May b you r having vit b12 deficiency. Get yourself tested with them and start supplement if u have deficiency. If not then u can try taking cardamom and chew as much as possible. Also apple honey on ulcer Also make sure that you r having enough water

Hello Take folic acid and B12 supplements for 10 days. Drink more water. Avoid hot spicy foods. Apply glycerine or pure ghee on ulcers for immediate relief.

Gud afternoon pls try to follow a proper nutrient rich diet including all essential nutrients like carbs, proteins, fats, fiber with all essential vitamins n mineral rich foods. Try to have bland food till recovery n have enough fluids in a day.
