Hi doctors i have small small ulcers in stomach. am causing gas frequently. am taking only Butter milk rice and curd rice only. please suggest me foods to take in. what foods to be avoided. am using triple therapy for 14 days. am getting my mouth so bitter for antibiotics. what to do for this.

Avoid taking very hot,citrus, sour ,spicy,deep fried food items....take alkaline water,lots of liquid based diet,soft diet with less oil n masala,lots of greeny vegetables and fruits which contain more water

Take soft foods with no chilles especially red ones .
You can add banana khichdi curd rice buttermilk
Cold milk lassi raita light dal n rice
U can sauf water gulkand water and of course plain water .Avoid Citrus fruits and have yakult daily and walk around less of sitting.
