Hi thanks for your query. First thing is good looking breasts are always because of size, well shaped, looks complete filled. There are some factors 1.heredity or genetic factors like your mother. 2 under nutrition 3.malnutrition 4.hormonal imbalance or disbalance for any certain reason.5.married or unmarried. etc. 6.insufficient carbohydrate & protien also great u an cross check any relevant problem with u? Talking about diet  immediately you must go up your weight little higher 2 or 3 kgs more than a lean shape by consuming carbohydrate like rice, fried or biriyani, similar meals. Take max protein like milk cows/D.T ,sweets, yogurts, paneer, ice cream & little cream based foods.,pulses, soya, sprouts, etc.some seeds u can make into a mix  veg.curry ,dish.add ghee 2 tsf with rice & butter in chapati or breads all time.oil use olive oil, sunflower as cooking. Sleep tightly min 8 hrs. U can go some freehand exercises. Rub your breasts softly with olive or software oil at night tine. This is reason of low estrogen. So papaya, flaxseed has imp.role. external ayurvedic -- glandiner or some more in market.some hormonal/steroidal therapy is there.take max water,no stress, menstrual regular, plenty of fruits & all green vegetable max. Thanks
