I used to have B cup breasts, but then I started working out for toning my body up and noticed that my breasts have become a bit smaller because of the fat loss. Is there any way I can make them larger through genuine supplements and diet without adding fat to other parts of my body? Will consuming natural sources of phytoestrogens help?

Hello If you want to include protein supplements in your diet, you can go for 1 scoop of whey protein in a day. You can make it at home also or can buy as well. In terms of diet, include soyabean/lobia/rajma/other lentils, sprouts/paneer/egg whites. You can make your chapatis out of wheat+ kalachana atta as well

Hi if you notice that your breasts have become smaller with workout then that means instead of fat loss there might be muscle loss as well..(or) it can be the other way around like along with fat loss there should be muscle loss as well... From well balanced diet like consuming complex carbs, good amount of dietary protein either both plant or animal protein and proper workout you can regain your breast size back in some time.. Have good quality plant proteins, milk and milk products, lentils, legumes , sprouts, cereal pulse combination fermented foods, all variety nuts, seeds, dry fruits , all seasonal fruits and vegetables etc...in your daily diet. Plant based natural phytoestrogens through diet may help to some extent..

U can eat good Protein supplement as greengram sprouts,milk milk products,good amount of vegetables,fruits,dryfruits.
