Breast enlargement using fenugreek
My age is about to turn 19 nd i'm underweight with a height of 5'8 and wt is 43 kgs. my breast are not developed. i mean my chest looks almost flat n its really embarrassing for me. my mother's breast are also small. but my grandmother asked to to consume fenugreek sprouts on empty stomach everyday and shatavari powder with milk. my question is how much should i consume it n will it have any side effects like rapid weight gain(too much). or any other thing? pls help really worried for breast at least want b cup.

Add fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds more dairy products, soya products like tofu soya milk. If you re non vegetarian you can add eggs lean meat like chicken especially chicken breast more rich in protein, can add fish.
