Small and frequent meals?
Small and frequent meals? But I am not clear how we can have small meals. When I am hungry it's not possible to control hunger with a small meal that has  simple carbohydrates. Can anyone explain?

Hi You can have 6 to 7 meals in a day, which includes 3 main or heavy meals and 4 small or light meals. 1st meal within half an hour of waking up. 2nd meal breakfast 3rd meal between BF & Lunch 4th meal Lunch 5th meal evening snacks 6th meal Dinner 7th meal post dinner (fruits or warm milk) By doing this you will not be too hungry and also not starved. You need to take care of portion size.

Hi, If over eating is harmful so does under eating or having less portions. You have to take adequate meals comprising all nutrients (carbs, proteins & good fats) in your plate. Having healthy & heavy B' fast keeps you full for the longer & avoids over eating. In fact no meal should be skipped & under eaten.
