This high level of protein on a regular basis is definitely going to cause kidney damage in th elong run. Our body can tolerate food in moderation.Nothing in excess is good. So please avoid having it on daily basis. Also please check your urea , creatinine every 6 months

Gud evening let me share with u one thing if u use it in high amount in long run it will cause kidney issues, so try to use it with by Incorporating with some other food items such as multigrain bread plain toast or fruit shakes etc.
