Indulge your self in some sports activities.Have high carb and high protein diet so that you will not in condition of hunger or anxiety. Take frequent meal,plenty of fluid and always keep yourself busy for 21days atleast to come out of your habit

Gud evening pls try to have a whole some nutrient dense diet with making certain changes in your lifestyle like if not exercising start exercising for 30mins daily early morning, try to add on nuts n roasted seeds like chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds etc with proper sleep tht too sound sleep of minimum of 6 to 7hrs n try to reduce stress by doing yoga or meditation for 20mins in evening.
