Hello Dr,
My height is 5.3 and weight 65.5 kg, I have a 19 month old baby, after delivery I am trubling from belly fat and now I'm suffering from thyroid. My thyroid lavel is 10.94. How I can reduce the weight and what is the ideal deit plan for me.

I have tried many methods to loose weight but failed . Please suggest me tips to loose weight. I have a sedentary lifestyle and so much work that exercising doesn't be possible . Hi I’m currently 16 years of age, 5’7 without shoes, 5’8 with shoes, I recently went to a pediatrician to discuss my height and get an X-ray of my growth plates, I was told that I had 6 months left of growth (in height).
