Reduce fat intake. Include more of fibre in your diet. Take adequate quantity of water. Maintain proper diet schedule. Your diet should be of low calorie, high fibre. And important thing is Diet alone can't help you in reducing the weight/belly fat, you should also do regular physical work out. First you consult a nutritionist and follow accordingly
