Hello, My father had kidney cancer in January and he had to have one kidney removed. Now he was asked to follow a diet like less sodium, no potassium, and no protein. So that his other kidney does not suffer. I need a dietitian who helps me. Please only genuine people reply. Not some gym dietitian Because it's a serious matter for a kidney patient. 

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. My doctor had asked me to follow a dairy-free & gluten-free diet. I have stopped dairy completely, but it has been a little difficult to avoid gluten all together. I'm not sure what to eat and what not to eat. Can someone please give me a sample diet plan that will help me loose weight. Thank you :)

I need some advice to control binge eating junk food, especially at afternoon hours between lunch and evening snacks. I get hungry at around 3-4 in the afternoon, and I don't like eating fruits at that time. Also since I work from home, it's easier for me to have a packaged ready to eat food like chips or biscuit. I have gained a lot of weight in the past few months, and need to lose it. However due to extreme heat in my hometown, I have no interest or energy to work out. Coupled with this binge eating habit has led to me gaining weight. Kindly advise the best strategy to deal with this craving issue, especially for this summer season(though it's not seasonal).
