I have Hypothyroidism,can I drink Milk?
I m under underactive thyroid medication. Can I drink 1 litre  Milk a day? Should I consume Omega 3 capsule?

Yea you can drink milk at bed time but not 1 litre but 1 glass milk daily

Low fat Dairy specially milk can be 1 + 1 glass of buttermilk or yoghurt would be ideal Supplements like omega 3 would be from a physician's side

Yes u can drink double tonned milk 1glass a day. Pls have omega 3 capsule by consulting doctor.
