Baby weight
My baby girl birth weight was 2.346... after 3.5 months it's 4.5 . Is this normal? Or should I worry?

The baby was low for birth weight and is ok now as per weight per age. If she is feeding well on the breast she would be fine. In order to increase the weight fast please dont start on early top feeds. If all other milestones are normal as per age need not worry.

Post 3 months the weight could be double the birth weight. But if the baby is growing normally, then you need not worry abt it. The child is going to progress in the upcoming months. Focus on her diet post 4 months. Include top meals like suji kheer, dalia, biscuit mashed in milk, mashed dal etc.
