Once the growth plates close, usually in the late teens to early twenties, further height increase becomes unlikely. While maintaining a balanced diet, including essential nutrients like calcium, vitamin D, and protein, is important for overall health, it won't impact height beyond what your genetic potential allows. Focus on proper nutrition, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle for overall well-being.
Go with balanced diet. Do some stretching exercises and yoga. Low height may be causes of genetics, or malnutrition during childhood. Some yoga poses may help in stretching the body

Do stretching & yoga regularly to maximize the height. Take proper & healthy diet, sleep, maintaining Ideal weight are some key factors to gain the height. Avoid taking steroids. Do hanging & skipping daily for good results.
