I have been dealing the issue of continuous weight loss from last few months.
Also I work in night shifts and I am not understanding what to do overcome this problem.
I Don't want temporary gains with medicine but a stable weight.
Please suggest.

Continuous weight loss can be concerning, especially when combined with night shift work. To achieve stable weight, focus on establishing a healthy routine. Plan balanced meals with whole grains, lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Avoid sugary and processed foods. Stay hydrated and prioritize regular meals even during night shifts. Adequate sleep is crucial for weight management, so try to maintain a consistent sleep schedule. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine, even if it's short sessions. Manage stress through relaxation techniques.
