Body weakness can be due to some nutritional deficiencies rather than breastfeeding. May be you are not taking a balanced diet that is required during breastfeeding phase.
Get your VitB12, Vit D etc checked.

You need to relax first if you are breastfeeding. A good healthy diet is utmost important. There are no side effects of supplements, but how much you can take.. What time to take is important. Please reach out through an appointment for understanding these key points.
Supplementation is a secondary option , first improve by diet and exercise , I am sure you don’t need any kind of supplements, for that you can include healthy seeds and nuts , fruits , vegetables
It Gives you sustainable results because body adapt supplements for a point after that no response, so as per my suggestion go naturally instead of taking pill and silicone tabs
They are not suggested for feeding mother
There are some standard product for clinical research on lactating mother
Choose them over this promoted products in wellness program

No supplements are advised in the long run. Try focusing on balanced lactation diet. It should comprise carbs, protein & good fats with galactagogue foods like ginger, garlic, ajwain, saunf, jeera, methi, green leafy vegetables etc. On taking these foods your energy levels would be raised & weakness would overcome.
Advised to join for the complete post pregnancy & lactation diet program.
