Body weakness
Respected Sir/Mam, I have body weakness. Even I take a good diet,fruits and dry fruits daily and do exercise daily but there is no positive change in the body. My weight also very low (52kg). Please recommend the solution.

Greetings! First get your hemoglobin level, Vitamin D and thyroid checked. If there is any deficiency you tend to experience these symptoms. Including protein rich foods like dhal, legumes, non veg food, egg, paneer, mushrooms, nuts regularly will help. Gud morning,pls do blood tests for finding out is there any internal health issues underlying for Which u r feeling week n not gaining weight properly??try to have a healthy balanced diet along with some form of strength or stamina gaining exercises minimum of 30-45mins early morning time rather than evening.
