I have back pain since last week, using amrutanjan roll on, getting relief gradually, entering else suggestion.

I have flat feet and since around 1 month, I have been suffering from heel and heel area joint pain and very difficulties during standing and moving after a long sitting, sometimes during walking. I am also unable to stand for a long time in the kitchen. What should I do to get healed especially at home because for the outside i started using arch support?

I sprained my left ankle 6 weeks ago and it was diagnosed as GRADE 2 ATFL injury while playing badminton. I got temporary splint for 8 days then I am taking the support of ankle binder and doing icing 3 times a day. I have been coming to office since last week daily. Sometimes my ankle swell up if i stand or sit for an hour or so then after icing and elevating it the swelling reduces. I am able to put pressure on my feet and walking has improved 60% since injury. My question is why my feet swelling up again and again plus if there is any need of MRI OR OPERATION?? Should I take WFH from office or can I go to office ??

Hello doctor I am having an ache in my thumb to the right wrist while twisting. I am a mother of a 7 month old infant. For one month I was having pain in the morning in both hands and a little bit of numbness for some time. But since 3 4 days I am getting pain in my right wrist bone. Can you suggest why it is happening and what should I do?

My Ortho has diagnosed "Loss of lumbar lordosis" on 19/6/26 thereafter on 30/6/26 in X-ray my left ilium bone is looking smaller in size which wasn't so earlier, what could be the reason and how to treat it (For Comparison I also have previous X-ray reports)

As per my MRI report, i want to take suggestions from esteemed doctors that can this condition be cured with medication or surgery required.

Before 8 days I fell due to which my ankle got twisted, there is quite improvement but after 8 days still I was feeling pain in my uncle bone there for I got an x-ray but there is no orthopaedic doctor around my area so I need to consult to the doctor is there a minor fracture in my ankle? Or a crap bandage will work. Thank you

I met with an accident and mri report shows Complete tear of anterior cruciate ligament along midsubstance. Bony contusion is noted involving lateral tibial condyle and head of fibula with suspicious fracture of head of fibula. Mild joint effusion.doea I need Acl reconstruction surgery if yes which type of surgery and which one is better bio botton or titanium botton
