Back pain after fall advice needed
Am seeking guidance regarding my mother (female, 59 years old).
About 20 days ago she had a fall at home and developed severe back pain in the lower thoracic/upper lumbar region. Initially the pain was very intense and she could barely sit or stand. A CT scan done immediately after the fall did not show any acute fracture. Because the pain persisted, we later got an MRI of the spine. STIR hyperintense signal intensity in D11 and D12 vertebral body and disc space suggestive of post-traumatic edema. Pain mainly when sitting or standing (around 6–7/10). Please guide us further on rest and recovery

Last year I had a calcium deficiency episode, where my bones suddenly became really weak.

I can feel every bone weakness, like arms, and legs, it was strong and normal before, now it feels light, weak and hollow.
Back bones, spine, chest bone, neck bones, arms, pelvis, legs, every bone in the body.
I eat my calcium rich foods, but it's not helping.
I checked vit d levels last year, it was in the 30s, after that I visited the doctor, he gave me calcium supplements.
I took them for few months, but it didnt help me.
Will taking vit d 60k help me, I have not checked my levels recently .

Autoimmune arthritis and stress test
I have stiffness, swelling and pain on both feet , ankles and knees since January beginning.
Went to the rheumatologist and had lab work, MRI. Labs are negative for everything except high inflammation markers and ANA positive. CRP and sediment rate higher.
MRI showed inflammation and edema.
The Rheumatologist said I might have autoimmune arthritis or inflammatory arthritis. It could be seronegative RA or psoriatic arthritis and prescribed me hydroxychloroquine 400mg a day as a trial to see if it helps.
I have cardiac evaluation to check if the swelling is from the cardiac issues. I had an echo scan, venous ultrasound. The stress test is still pending. I have been postponing it because of ankle swelling and stiffness. I am able to walk at a slower pace around the house. I can't walk faster or run. Do we need to run on the treadmill test?
Is it ok for arthritis patients to do the stress test? Can we walk slower on the treadmill?

Mother is in complete bed rest
My mother who was very active is suddenly on bed rest due to fall. It's been 1 month and dr said it will take more time. Due to vertebral compression at D11-D12
Respected doctors, please guide us on what all to take care of when patient is in bed rest for a longer time, exercises!? Personal care? Joint care!? Also for mental health? Should we consult the doctors again every 2-3 weeks or just follow the guidelines given (it's a small city with no ortho specialists currently took online consultation and took to city twice 2 hrs away)
