I have pain in my left leg from hip to foot after the c section. Kindly suggest which medicine is best for pain during breastfeeding.

From last 1 month my lower portion of left leg below the knee till toe is automatically getting swelling suddenly it gets well and then it starts getting swelling again also pain in the front side of the leg and causes problem while walking

If somebody can clarify what is exactly this report tells,? or any treatment suggestions would be more welcomed .

My son fell on 5/12/2025 , there was little swelling on his left hand. When I visited doctor then doctor said there is minor fracture. Doctor plastered and advised for 20 days plaster. But after 20 days when plaster was removed there is little bit swelling. X ray after removal of plaster was Ok. The doctor said swelling is ok. Is sweeling after plaster removal ok or not ?

2years ago, I was diagnosed with sacrolitis. Ever since, there has always been a burning sensation on the immediate left lumbar spine and the si-joint always seems inflamed /painful. I was redirected to a rheumatologist. My HLA B27 negative, ESR, CRP normal, MRI showed chronic sacrolitis. Initially I was given Saaz DS for 3 months, then biologics like Adalimumab and Etanarcept for 3months each with regular physio, walking, hot compress. But I didn't respond well to either of them, my pain continued to linger at same intensity. Rheumatologists cited it may not be an autoimmune disorder and it may be mechanical in nature. I had a steroid shot into the joint itself but that didn't give any relief either. I have been doing physio under a trainer for the past 3 months, in strict diet control to avoid inflammatory foods, but still I feel extreme pain near my hip si joints and burning sensation near the left lumbar spine. I am barely able to sit 20 mins stretch. Please suggest some remedies.

Yes 10 months 1o clock to 8o clock Tear i am suffering from 10 months so give me best suggestion

There was no swelling at first I gave it one day rest and then slowly started walking again . I may have overdone it and now I see small swelling . I have been using sumo gel and crape bandage and ice packs .

My father had a fracture and he went through femur correction surgery. In how many days he can start walking?and after surgery he is little disoriented sometimes rest everything is normal. Reports are attached. Please suggest.
