Sir my surgery of neck of femur has got 6 week is it United please let me know surgery went right or not I am sharing my xray ap &lateral view

On 10th Dec 25 While dancing in party I think some fat guy came & bang on my left chest the next day I was feeling very severe left ribs pain from sternum going all the way along the ribs, I took paracetamol 500 twice no relief, then naproxen 250 twice no relief, then zerodol th4 twice no relief, now ibuprofen 400 twice very mild relief , video call consultation with orthopaedic diagnosis soft tissue injury , one more thing after injury next day I sprayed ice cold spray then my left chest ribs are skin become black now slowly it's peeling off I am applying petroleum jelly.....I am in middle of ocean where there is no x ray machine & all, but I have medication available...... kindly guide & make proper diagnosis. Vitals Temp -36.4 C Press - 122/84 Pulse -50 Oz - 98% No vomiting, no breathing issues. Coughing laughing stretching cause severe pain.. Please make diagnosis without X RAY OR MRI experts/ experience doctor

I had tailbone fracture 2 months back this is the latest MRI.is my tailbone healed?.how is the mri related to it.

I encountered calcaneus fracture both heals on 25.10 After casting for 45 days Doctor removed my cast on 09.12 and told that fracture is healed. And i can start gradual weight bearing with the help of walker. And do physiotherapy Please Analysis the xray and suggest further course of action Pain on both ankles and claf muscle while doing partial weight bearing Which subsidise after rest. Please suggest next course of action

My friend has lower backpain since 2-3 last month. His lower back X-ray shows his vein damage but dr. told him that there is gap difference in his lower back bone. what should he do for quick recovery.

My ortho doctor prescribed tab a to z once, shelcal once, vitamin d 60000 once, Omeprazole once but still muscle pain like fatigue in both hand biceps, calf, thigh. Kindly suggest any other medicine.

I am suffering from frozen shoulder. So, during lifting of arm and folding it backside I have pain in shoulder and arm. I consulted Orthopedic doctor. He prescribed me Myoril max twice for 10 days. He asked me either I am diabetic. But I am not. I started taking this medicine. But I have BP. So, I was wondering whether it can be taken in BP or not. I am on BP medication. As the doctor didn't ask me anything about BP, so I also didn't tell him anything. So, please suggest me whether it is safe to take in BP and for heart. Please reply
