Hi Doctor, I injured my finger while playing basketball about a month ago. The joint is still swollen and I can’t bend it properly from that part. It feels stiff and painful when I try to move it. Can you please advise what this could be and what treatment I should take? And if it's requires surgery and I'm away from my home and I'll be back home by 25 so is it fine, if I'll do any surgery at that time.

Actually I had Comminuted fracture lateral condyle humerus with fracture capitulum: right (displaced) Procedure Performed:: ORIF with 3.5mm HCS (herbert screw) +2.7mm intraight locking plate all titanium General Anaesthesia on 27/06/2025 So currently after 5+ months my rom is flexion 125 and extension -30. I have undergoing physio session and almost complete 75 session of Physiotherapy. So my query is implant removal is necessary to get full rom or and if yes then after how many more months I can remove the implant as my physio is suggesting that  after romoval of implant the I will gain more rom almost full

Its been 2 week i fell down, my hand was not even moving from elbow joint , before 2 week but now its moving , But its not folding properly and causing difficulty in it, can you please now i should still wear arm rest and make my hand stable orr do i have to move my hand and do try to move fold it? Or what remedies can i do to treat it? (There was no born crack )

I’m a 34-year-old male. I’m experiencing mild bow legs. I feel like my weight is being distributed incorrectly through my legs. I need some expert advice on how to correct it.

During dance party , I feel someone elbow hit my left chest ribs, since last 4 days the pain is not going completely, 1st day I took paracetamol 500 , 2 times , hot water bag 20 minutes, then next day combiflam  2 tab & was having cold spray in hospital I sprayed on left chest the skin become black 5 cm, then I started xerodol th4 & paracetamol no relief kindly guide proper medication also taken naproxen 250 , no relief, no shortness of breath, no inflammation on chest nothing.

My spine scan/X-ray is normal except for a slight gap in the lower back. For the last few months I am having persistent buttock pain, mostly in the centre or slightly towards the right side. The pain increases when I sit for long, especially during driving (I drive 3–4 hours daily in Bangalore). Standing and walking feel normal. No leg pain or nerve symptoms. Please suggest the best and correct medicines (muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory, nerve support, calcium, etc.) and the best treatment plan to reduce the pain quickly.” Note:- I have a calcium deficiency

Based on my recent xray report wanted to confirm, whether the fracture has cured or still exist please help me

I have pain in my right ankle especially early in the morning The first few steps kill me after that I don't feel pain but once I take some long rest and get up again that pain comes again.
