Doctor from Apollo Hospital insisted to undertake the Bilateral TKR for my mother. I have insurance with SA 3L. Don't know how much the insurance company will pay. I'm unable to afford the full surgery cost of 6.7 L. Please give me suggestions .

Almost a month ago, during Bicep Dumbell (3kg) Workout, I had overextended my wrist leading to injury causing pain and swelling after which I stopped working out for almost a month and had applied Topical pain relief, did icing, few stretches and wore wrist band, sometimes took a painkiller if pain severe. Eventually it eased out and then started workout using green theraband and last week tried dumbbells, was able to do but had mild pain after which I stopped. But again today after sleep since 5pm my wrist is paining badly and seems like a swelling has developed as seen in pic. Need treatment advice on how to go about it. Thank you.

Can knee replacement for 55 yr old female weighing more than 90 kgs possible and give effective results. Can they resume work sometime after the surgery. Is fat removal a must before knee replacement? Pls suggest. Thanks

I have attached MRI report dated 15 Dec- It's been 25 days, the pain I feel on my knee is not going away. It's been 10 days with physiotherapy, my limping has not stopped. Knee pain happens a lot while I do simple activity like walking from one room to the other.Right now I am suffering from knee effusion and after basic activity,  my knee swelling and severe pain is noticed. As I am a teacher by profession, my job demands me stand and use stairs .When will I completely heal from this problem?
