Ankle injury
My ankle twisted walking on the road in Mid of november. I thought its normal and ignored. After 10 days got xray and doctor said ligament tear. I took pain killers n inflammation tablets. Went to a hakkim and got it taped. Rested. It improved but then as i walked pain increased. Then got physio done ultrasound and current one. Did hot water and salt dip also. Wore a splint while walking.
Then got MRI and its saying tibialis posterior tenosynovitis and no tear.
There is slight improvement now but still it pains and doesnt feel normal. Weight bearing is not proper and when i walk after that it starts hurting.
Attaching my MRI and xray.
Please suggest treatment options.

Hello doctors, please help me.
My name is Vignesh. I am a DMD patient, age 25.
I have been using steroids for a long time.
First, I used Defcort 6 mg for 5 years.
After that, I used Wysolone 10 mg for about 4 and a half years.
Now, for the past 3 months, I am again taking Defcort 12 mg.
Currently, my bones are in a very severe osteoporosis condition. It is extremely critical.
I have been bedridden for the past 5 years.
For the past 5 months, I have been lying down continuously and cannot even sit.
I cannot even be lifted and moved to another place. I am always in the same place
I do everything while lying on the bed.
Now I don’t know what to do anymore.
I am staying on the 3rd floor, and I cannot even go to the hospital.
My bones are very critical — even light lifting can cause fractures.
Is there any way to make my bones stronger while staying at home?

Low back pain
Hello,
I am a 27 year old female in a desk job for 5years. I am facing a weird issue with my low back. I face extreme pain on my left lower back above the buttocks.
I cannot sit or stand for a longer duration, I also cannot bend, if I bend I face issues while standing up, I feel like my back is stuck. Approx 4 inch on the back is a little swollen on my back(I feel when I touch). I was asked to do XRay but nothing was found.
Recently I feel a clicking sound on my left knee when I walk or step up stairs. It also hurts when my leg is folded.
I have been suffering a lot from this waist pain and leg pain for almost a year and no remedies helped. Can I ever recover from this, it's worsening day by day!
I am too young and busy to deal with this, pain killers don't help at all!

Vitamin D deficiency
Hello doctors. I recently underwent a routine checkup and found out that I have critically low levels of vitamin D (6.5), while my serum calcium level is 10.1.
I wanted to ask if I should proceed with the vitamin d3 (Cholecalciferol) weekly medication or should it prevent from taking it otherwise it would raise my calcium levels too?
My regular doctor advised me to take the medication for two months. I just wanted to have a second opinion to make an informed decision. Thankyou
