Hi, I recently got the mri done and was diagnosed with partial acl tear, I currently am doing the rehab, will I be able to heal my acl naturally? How long will it take to go back to normal More data: Current Pain status on a daily basis-on a scale of 5, it's 2.5 Feeling of sharp pain on sudden knee movements and feeling like twisting of knee- doesn't happen all the time, happens rarely ,ex-once in 5 days

Hi Doctor, I’m still having some swelling and a bit of pain in my knee after the dislocation. I wanted to ask if it's possible to avoid full plaster and use a knee brace or immobilizer instead. I have early morning tingling and difficulty in gripping objects tight in my right hand that gets better as the day goes. I have done an MRI and attached the report here. Can I treat this without undergoing surgery in the near future? Doctors said the surgery in the cervical spinal region has a high risk of paralysis.
